WHAT YOU NEED TO SCORE HIGH IN ENGLISH LAW OF SUCCESSION

The English Law of succession requires a aster of two main texts: the wills Act of 1837 and the Administration of Probate Act 1982 as far as the anglophone Cameroon is concerned. The two texts are both of foreign origin but they are applicable in former West Cameroon By virtue of sec 11 and sec 15 of the southern Cameroon High Court Laws (SCHCL) 1955  respectively. Your success in this course So much depend on the regime of a will. It will be important to note that the course will be centered on three main subjects:  testacy , intestacy, and the administration of the deceased Estates.
